Lost or Forgotten Passwords.

CAN’T LOG-ON TO YOUR LEARNER LOG ACCOUNT ??

It is your responsibility to remember your log on name and your password – keep the email address containing that information in your email account, store it in your phone, in a document on your USB key or somewhere on your hard-drive, or write it down and keep it in a safe place.  

WHAT TO DO IF YOU LOSE OR FORGET YOUR PASSWORD !
